When you decide that you want a product or service, our web site will tell you the name of the Product Partner we've appointed to fulfill your needs. In order to action your request it will be necessary to disclose the information you have provided to us, to the appropriate Product Partner. They may hold this information indefinitely.

For some of the products we market, you will need to supply additional information to our Product Partner. We have no access to that extra data. In all cases our Product Partner will also be registered under the Data Protection Act. 1998 and they may hold this information indefinitely. Furthermore, from time to time we obtain advice from professional advisers such as Accountants and Compliance Advisers. On these occasions, you agree that we may disclose your personal information on a confidential basis and in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, then please write to our Client Services Manager at: complaints@morethanfinance.com. In your letter you should explain your complaint in as much detail as possible as this will greatly assist our investigations. We will then acknowledge receipt of your complaint by return and aim to reply in detail to your complaint within 14 working days.
